Integration Programs
CWS Greensboro supports newcomers long after they arrive so that families not only survive, but thrive.
Continuum of Care
Our trusted, experienced team provide long-term navigation support and intensive case management for newcomers to equip them with the confidence and know-how to build meaningful lives in our community.

Refugee Support Services
Eligible newcomers can access case management services for up to five years after arriving in the United States through the Refugee Support Services program administered by the North Carolina State Refugee Office. Despite the wonderful resources in our community, newcomers often struggle to access public benefits, education, healthcare, and employment opportunities without trusted, culturally competent guides.

Preferred Communities
The Preferred Communities program is a year-long intensive case management program that helps the most vulnerable refugees along the path to self-sufficiency by providing individually tailored resources and connections to the wider community. Clients enrolled in the Preferred Communities program develop a personalized self-sufficiency plan to help them achieve their goals, whether that is navigating the U.S. healthcare system on their own or finding quality childcare for a new baby.
Health Promotions
CWS licensed clinical social workers provide individual and group therapy to refugees in our community. Our team is skilled at navigating cultural sensitivities to promote health and well-being for all of the people we serve and at building partnerships with mainstream service providers to improve health access beyond in-house services.
